1. About Veloxt
Veloxt operates a managed services platform for local service programs, including current
offerings like mobile auto detailing and future service verticals launched by Veloxt.
Veloxt coordinates booking, payment processing, scheduling, and support. Services are
performed by independent third-party service professionals.
2. Scope of Platform Services
Veloxt provides appointment-based services through branded service pages and marketplace
workflows. Service time slots are estimates, not guaranteed exact arrival times, unless
explicitly stated otherwise.
Certain services may include additional scope disclosures on service pages. If a
service-specific disclosure conflicts with this page, the service-specific disclosure
controls for that specific service booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Service Access and Readiness
- Ensure the service location, vehicle, or asset is legally accessible and safe.
- Provide required access and instructions during the scheduled service window.
- Disclose relevant service conditions that could affect execution.
3.2 Personal Property and Valuables
You are responsible for removing valuables and personal property before service begins.
Veloxt is not responsible for items left in service locations, vehicles, or customer assets.
4. Service Limitations and Condition Disclosures
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or hidden defects.
- Some service outcomes depend on real-world condition limits and cannot be guaranteed.
- Fragile or high-risk components are serviced at customer risk.
5. Independent Service Professionals
Professionals fulfilling Veloxt bookings are independent contractors. Veloxt manages
platform coordination and customer experience standards but does not employ each
professional as a direct employee.
6. Communication, Messaging Consent, and Privacy
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text
messages (SMS/MMS), including automated technology where permitted by law, for account
notifications such as confirmations, reminders, coordination, arrival updates,
rescheduling, and support follow-up.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out
of SMS and HELP for help. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of
purchase, but opting out may limit real-time service updates.
7. Off-Platform Activity and Extra Services
Off-platform hiring, payments, or arrangements that bypass Veloxt booking workflows may be
treated as a breach of these Terms.
If you independently request extra services outside your Veloxt booking, those services are
outside Veloxt responsibility and must be resolved directly with the provider.
8. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on timing, no-show conditions, and service-specific
refund policies. See the Refunds section for current policy terms.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through approved payment providers (such as Stripe). Booking is
confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
10. Evidence and Quality Records
Veloxt and/or service professionals may collect before/after photos, timestamps, and service
logs for quality control, dispute review, and fraud prevention.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloxt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, delays outside our reasonable control, or losses caused by
off-platform arrangements.
Veloxt total liability for a specific booking will not exceed the amount paid for that
booking.
12. Disputes
Service disputes should be reported promptly and, unless a service policy states otherwise,
within 48 hours of service completion. Available records may be used to evaluate claims.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to services booked through Veloxt and
associated active service brands. By booking a service, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund when cancellation is submitted at least
24 hours before the scheduled service window, unless a service-specific policy
published on the booking page states a different window.
3. Customer No-Shows (No Refund)
A no-show may include situations where you are unreachable, do not provide access, cancel
too close to service time, or otherwise prevent service completion during the confirmed
window.
No refunds are issued for customer no-shows or late cancellations under the applicable
service policy.
4. Provider No-Shows
If the assigned professional fails to arrive or service cannot be delivered by provider-side
failure, Veloxt may offer one of the following, depending on service context:
- Full refund, or
- Reschedule with service credit/discount where applicable.
5. Rescheduling
Reschedule requests are subject to availability. To avoid no-show treatment, submit
reschedule requests within the same timing window as cancellations.

7. Disputes
Unless a service-specific policy states otherwise, disputes should be submitted within

be used to assess claims.

and dispute resolution.
